acknowledgement of country
Lang Lang Primary School acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land where we gather at school, the Boonwurrung Peoples of the Kulin Nations.
We acknowledge the deep Connection to Country and thank them for Caring for Country and promise to do so also. We value the sky above us and watch and admire Bunjil flying above. We love our bays, coastal rivers and waterways and the trees that surround us.
We also pay our respects to the Elders, both past and present and extend this to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. We know it Always Was and Always Will Be Aboriginal Land.
