Lang Lang Primary School is nestled in the heart of the rural township of Lang Lang, just off the South Gippsland Highway — 55km south-east of Dandenong and about 85km from Melbourne’s CBD — within the beautiful Shire of Cardinia.
Our mission is to help every student reach their full potential by Building a Learning Community We live by our core values of Respect, Positive Mindsets, Positive Relationships, and Community. Our curriculum follows the Victorian Curriculum, with both extension and support programs to cater for individual learning needs. As a School Wide Positive Behaviour School, we take a whole-school approach to fostering positive behaviour and building strong engagement in learning. Students enjoy a variety of specialist subjects, including Visual Arts, Physical Education, Auslan as well as Science and Technology. We are proud of our strong partnerships with local organisations such as Rotary, Lions Club, RSL, Bendigo Community Bank, and many other community groups. Our facilities include large, flexible classrooms designed for collaborative learning, a multipurpose room, a spacious Art room, and an undercover performance area with a stage. We also have a unique on-site wetlands area and an arboretum, which we integrate into our learning programs in partnership with the local Landcare group. We warmly invite you to visit and see our school in action. To book a tour or for more information, please call us on (03) 5997 5322. |
